Bristol Bay/Manakodik Finals

Bristol Bay with some beautiful young ladies!

Manakodik was dreary when we arrived, but overall we had a pleasant trip together.  

Home team fans lined up for the Manakodik ladies to run out. The energy was so high! Especially when the Manakodik ladies made it to state with the one point win.

They all received the award for academics as well as sportsmanship award! 

It was a long yet fun week to finish out the season. 

Newhalen/Iliamna Basketball

While we were there, we went on a tour of the Iliamna Water Power Plant. If you want to read about it there are a few articles describing how beneficial this plant has been to multiple villages. It was very interesting and educational for all of us.
